What is the cost for consultation/measurements?

All home and business consultations/measurements are free of charge and usually take place @ 10:00AM unless the client requests a specific time, then we will work with them to fit them into our schedule.

What window treatments do you offer?

We offer a variety of window treatments which are all made custom!

When can I expect my quotation/(s)?

We aim to get quotations out to clients as soon as possible. However, depending on the size of the job it may take up to a week to receive a quotation.

What is the expected cost?

The cost for custom window treatments varies depending on treatment type as well as what finish option is chosen by the client. We've been told we have the best pricing on island!

What are the expectations for payment?

A minimum of 50% deposit is required for the order to be placed. However, clients may pay the full balance upfront.

When is the estimated time for arrival?

For all window treatments excluding plantation shutters it will take approximately 5 – 6 weeks to arrive once payment is received. For plantation shutters they usually take upwards of 8 weeks to arrive.

When can I expect installation?

Installation cannot take place until the full balance is received. After the balance is paid off, we will work with the client to find a date that works for both them and us.

Do you charge installation fees?

We charge installation fees per blind depending on the width.
